Weight Loss

Dear Dehardt,
I just want to say thank you so much for your "weight reduction and life style" session. It has worked so much in my favour that the other day I bought Mcdonalds thinking I can be naughty, got half way through my Big Mac and thought to myself - "stuff this im going to the gym"...and did! I have been feeling more energetic and motivated to keep reaching my goal and know I will stick to it long after I'm there. My friends are also beginning to notice the physical changes in me too!
