As a NLP practitioner and a Hypnotherapist he uses his 11 years of Document & Management experience to bring to life each solution. When he's not solving the mysteries of the universe he can be found teaching martial arts or training for yet another black belt.

After some years in sales Gerry established an international career in sales and business to business consultative selling becoming involved in performance management and as a recruitment specialist and change management facilitator.

 

His career includes leading and developing sales and management training and facilitating courses and programs for a range of organisations including South African airlines one of the largest employers in South Africa. He has extensive experience in performance assessment technologies at executive, management and supervisory levels.

Jason is our "Analytical Guru". With 11 years experience as a business analyst (3 of those in the FMCG industry) he is the go-to man for anything concerning data. He crunches it, moulds it and presents it in easy to understand formats highlighting important information that you didn't even know was there in the first place.
